Norfolk status
Widespread.
Known to overwinter as adults.
Many similar species, examination of the genitalia is suggested if not certain.

Fresh adults often have pink or purple legs and a distinct whitish band curving from the base of the wing along nearly half of the costa. However, other species share this feature.
